Our customer support is available Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
If the order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption. .
Damages, Exchange
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This enables us to evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method for prepaid orders and via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
